Some of us are social animals, and find the best support when we’re amongst others who know what we’re going through, with weight, with health and with life. The group program works like the individual program, but with more people. This is a great option for the more social and also the more budget conscientious.
Natural Zest offers weight management programs within the office environment. Participants meet weekly in a group format while learning how to change their food behaviors. The program includes tips, recipes, food demos, stress management and on-going support – both in the office and out.
